Brake question

I got new slotted & drilled rotors & attempted to put them on last night. I could not even begin to budge the bolts holding the calipers on. Is there something I am missing? Am I just going to have to break down & take it to the shop or is there some kind of trick to getting those things off without snapping the heads off the bolts? Man, I feel dumb asking, but I am stumped & don't want to pay $100 for someone to do something I should be able to do myself.

Re: Brake question

The caliper brackets are held on with large bolts what have a high torque setting. You're going to need a 1/2" drive breaker bar to get them loose.
