Brake question ?Caliper

Hi, I have a 97 Firebird 3.8 and have a problem with the brakes: the car brakes OK at Highway Spped, but with minor pulsating. Now, when I come to a slow stop (say going 10mph in stop go traffic) it freakes out. The brakes stop the car to almost a complete stop but then just let go right before it fianllly stops. Right before it stops I can hear what sounds like the ABS letting off ? then the car will litearlly coast for about 10 feet then the brakes kick back in a pull the car to a complete stop...

I am thinking this may something with the Piston sticking while pusing/realaxing the pads so I am going to reaplce the whole Caliper / Pistons on both sides ( recently put new pads & rotor) .. does this sound like a logical solution or is this maybee is this something with the ABS?? ( every once in a while the "low trac" ligth will come on when the car is doing the coasting thing but then go of imeidatley after the car stops)

any help is grately appreachaited

You should bleed them and see if that helps before buying any parts. And replace all the old fluid with new.
