Braking noise

Usually i hear a noise only on the first full brake of the day. Then recently, it has moved to about 20% of the braking. I hear a small thud, that i think is from the front left brake. I am saying its something with the brakes because the only time i hear it is at the end of a brake. I got ceramic pads fall of last year. Any ideas?

It could be as simple as cleaning the rotor.
