Breaks squiking

hi on my 1994 z28 i bought the summit racing cross drilled/slotted rotors i used the hawk padshb217z-681 ceramic pads in the front and hb112n-540 carbon ferro in the rear.
now my issues is 2 thngs 1st when i build up alitte heat like driving in traffic during rush hour i pick up a squiking noise. i know the rear is too strong as my second problem is my car is breaking more from the rear now. the car dosnt nose dive when you break hard like it normally would. now i installed the breaks by the book, no noise grease on the pads, bed in the pads and rotors for the 250 miles with no hard breaking.
what should i do to get it to stop squiling? should i put carbon ferros in the front? or ceramics in the back? i cant tell what side the noise is coming from my hearing isnt 100%
