Cool Bushings Removal/Installation

I just received my Energy Suspensions Poly Kit. Does anyone know any tips/tricks to remove and install the Front/Rear control arm bushings myself? Or is it not worth the trouble, and just let a Machine shop press them out/in? Thanks.

Opps. Disregard: I just noticed the thread that Heatmaker started about A-arms removal

You have to burn the old bushings out.
