no

you need the 'bob bishop' brackets to move the caliper out 1"

you can find whole kits out there for around 300 bucks...

But, you can reuse your brake calipers with the C5 rotors..that is in conjunction with the bracket Severous mentioned.

Of course if you're looking for an actual improvement in braking... you'll also need the c5 calipers (well worth the money).
