car is squirly in back ...need help.
when going down highway and go over some bumps or joints in highway..car seems squirly from left to right in back. new panhard bar/new lca's. new shocks.... and when going over like rr' tracks there is a clunck like a broken shock on the right rear. but I have new shocks on car, even did it on last shocks and they were only 1 yr. old. new brakes/rotors on rear also. can't figure it out. no loose lugnuts.. just feels really squirly back there any ideas... I had my boy push on the car from left to right, and didn't see anything loose.. at a loss..

That is pretty normal for a solid axle, especially an F-body. Every Camaro I've ever had has done that. Hitting a bump during a high speed turn on an off ramp is especially fun!
