cardone rack and pinion???????

hi, does anyone know if the cardone remaned rack and pinion (thats sold at oreillys and advanced and prolly every other place) has the 14.4:1steering ratio (y87/v8)? none of the places i called knew what the ratio was. seems like there are more v6's on the road and they would reman more of those. i don't want to go with a slower ratio rack. just wondering if anyone knows for sure. or for the guys that have the cardone R&P, does the ratio feel the same? thanks

Talk to a dealership and get them to cross-reference the part numbers. Maybe that will be more specific.

got a reply from cardone and they tell me the ratio is 15.75:1. i believe the v6 racks are 16.9:1 and the v8s are 14.4:1. i have no idea if the ratio they told me is correct or not!
