I am guessing it was the bushing, because thats the only one you dont use a torch on, i just did mine, and you have to remove that shell, one shot with a hammer, and that shell came right out. Its the only one i didnt apply heat to! Is that the way you removed yours?

I knocked the shells out, but had to use a torch to remove the bushings.
