coil over suspension

can anyone tell me a good coil over set up for the f body? also where i can purchase it. i guess imma fix the car up a lil bit and i still have the original springs, shocks, and struts on it. wanna go with coil overs so i can lower it or raise it at will without having to just put drop springs on it. also, will i need adjustable control arms and panhard bar?

not trying to break the bank but i want a decent set. wont really be too much for drag racing but i will make occasional trips to the strip. mostly just to adjust ride height as needed

GC Coilovers

I went with Ground Control Coilovers and a set of Bilstens revalved by Sam Strano at www.stranoperformance.com.

I have had great success with them. It cost me about $650 for everything, and that includes the front/rear shocks/struts, 500lb front springs/125lb rear springs and the spring perches for the front and the back. Granted this was three years ago, but I haven't had any issues what so ever once I got the ride height adjusted properly

I have also heard that the Hal stuff is really nice.

Good luck!

If that's all you are looking for, I would definitely go with Ground Control setup mentioned. It will give you the adjustability you want, and it's one of the best all around setups you can get. Price is great too (may be a little more now, but just contact Sam).
