Damaged BMR DS Loop/Tunnel Brace - Fixable?

Think this is fixable, or should I scrap it and get a Torque Arm with a loop on it?

With patience and enough heat and some tools, yes it would be fixable.

The steel guard around the pit at the local oil change place.
First time at that facility, never had problems anywhere else.
And I had even taken all the extra weight out of my car already
for drag racing. (which, of course didn't happen after I did that)

You can fix anything. I'd replace the steel plate on the bottom.

If you decide not to fix it. I'll buy it.

Dang that had to hurt, its a pretty stiff piece.
I would sell it to RE and cheryl and buy a new one.
I sometimes scrape the mufflers on my car now just barely. I could never lower it.

I'm hunting for a deal no a torque arm with a DS loop on it
If I don't find one soon, I'll just take it to a shop with a big press
and see if they can fix it.

I'd reuse the loop and the straight piece attached to it and have a new tunnel braced part fabbed up with more clearance.

I went with a new torque arm DS loop.
If you still want it, it's for sale. $25?

Mine looks like that now. But a Dennys Nitrous ready DS did the damage.
I replaced the DS loop with a Lakewood unit. I like it alot better.
