from disc + drum to 4 wheel disc

so against all odds, i managed to get the stock rotors and calipers from a breakers(scrap)yard.. everyone told me to get some other calipers i cant remember they were like PBT or something. however i couldn't manage to get some so i got these instead. they only part i didn;t get was the master cylinder... do i accually need the metering valve ,master cylinder and the brake booster? does all this change when i swap??

thanks alot, just need to know if i accually need all 3 or is i can get aaway wtih master cylinder and metering valve!

best regards
Douglas
