Do i need these pieces when replacing my front shocks? (pic)

These came off the old shocks. Yet I cant remove the top mounts off the old shock shafts. They're too rusted on, so I had to purchase another used set. The used set didn't come with these pieces. Do I have to reuse these or can I chuck them? They're pretty rusted out so im not sure I want to put this junk back on.

Replace or reuse, you need them.

Ok, next question is can they be ordered individually, separate from the shock mounts themselves?

Not really sure. Have you looked anywhere?

Thanks! I haven't been to the dealership yet but do you remember how much you paid (the piece on the left in my pic)?

You can get those pieces at any major auto parts store. IIRC the inner bushing (or whatever you call it) is like $17 at Autozone.
