Eibach Springs + Long Headers
Hey, Guys
I was planning in buy the Eibach Springs but I want to know if they would low my car to much and then hit in every stop bump in addition I have long headers. I will appreciate any advice.
Thanks !

Re: Eibach Springs + Long Headers
For those who care his car looks to be a 93-96 model...
Anyways I've got a 96 with the small eibach drop and long tubes and occasionally they scrape something. Carful driving is the way but it can be done without any major issues. the 2 inch drop gets to be a pain in DD IMO.

If you gotta do springs/long tubes, you must get the right brands. Pacesetter long tubes are one of the better ones for clearence. I think those eibach springs (1.3" advertised) might drop you a little too much. Try maybe hotchkis or BMR (1" or so). I have hotchkis and pacesetter long tubes and I'm fine. Just gotta b careful over speedbumps and potholes etc.
EDIT: Just noticed you have hooker... Dropping with hookers is not a great idea. If you are goign to do it, definatly get the 1" drop springs. Not Eibach.

GnarlyZ28- THat is awesome clearance! !!!!
w/ my SLP LT's, Cats and Y... my sh*t sits about an inch and a half off the ground!
my clearance is terrible.
I ahve the Eibach pro kit and I have major clearance issues w/ the SLP kit...
I scrape on the dang fuel fill caps in the ground at the gas station! THe small ones!

I actuall have eibach sportlines and hoooker LT's with a 2.5" x-pipe and true duals. You just have to drive carefull there are some driveways that i cant go in though because i dont have enough clerance in the center. This is not a daily driver however, if it yours i would not go any lower that 1.25".
