Emergency Brake

Sence i bought my car my emergency brake has worked very poorly. i was wondering if there was an adjustment i could do to make it work better? like as the brake pads wear the e brake needs to be adjusted more? or is there somthing wrong with it? thanks

no i have not but i have felt the rotor after i was done driving it and it is doing somthing. im not sure if that is relevent wiht seeing if its still good. but i certainly will check them.
