There's nothing wrong with any of the designs, it's all about the extra 5-10$ for the on-car adjustability.

And you get an extra nut you gotta tigthen up and check once in a while

If you want the on-car adjustable panhard then it must be double ended. That's what I bought but like stated above, you will probably only need to adjust it once anyway. I made the mistake of buying a "street / race" double ended heim joint piece. It rattles over moderate bumps and wish I had gone with the poly joint street unit.

BTW, if it isn't clear by this time; when you adjust the panhard length you move the body of the car and not the axle. This may seem unimportant but it is easy to misinterpret how the panhard actually works.

Thanks for all the answers.

No it didnt dawn on me I was moving the body over and not the axle. Seems weird to move the body is probably why I kept thinking the axle itself moved. As long as its all lined up with the front I guess I really dont care what moves lol. I was actually surprised to see it had stock springs under it though. My NCOIC thought the car had been lowered from the looks of it. Guess he was wrong. I appreciate the help and advice all.

This one good enough then? http://www.umiperformance.com/catalo...roducts_id=309

Do I need the grease as well?

You can put whatever grease you want, but if you are going to get more poly upgrades it won't hurt to buy theirs, it is pretty good.

Looks like that model will suit you well

Yes, buy the grease, poly bushings don't use petroleum based grease.

Yes, the part looks good and should be as quiet as stock.

What you need is synthetic marine grease, available at any Tractor Supply Company or similar store. You can pay the premium price that UMI wants, or get it for less locally. Your call, you need it either way.
