Failed inspection. Need to replace right front hub... How?

Failed inspection. Need to replace right front hub... How?

They said its loose and needs to be replaced. How do I go about getting this done?

Raise and support vehicle, remove tire/wheel assembly, unbolt caliper, remove pad bracket (98-02), slide off rotor, disconnect abs wires, unbolt hub and bearing assembly. Reverse removal to install.
