Front Brakes sound like bad wheel bearing

Just bought a 94 RS. Previous owner just put on front vented rotors from Summit Racing. Ever since then they've been making a groaning noise while driving that sounds like a bad wheel bearing. We've moved the wheels (pushing/pulling at 12 & 6) and they seem fine. They groan while driving but do it worse as I stop. Pedal feels a little funny but car stops. Any ideas before I tear them apart of what to look for?

The front hubs can be bad even if they don't have any movement. Remove the caliper and rotor and spin the hub. It should be quiet. If it makes a dry bearing noise, ou found your noise. Also look for any evidence that the rotors may be rubing on the caliper or something else.
