Lightbulb Front end Toe setting help?

Is there a way I can set the Toe my self?
What can I use?
I know it's out and I'm pretty sure it's the only thing that's out.
I just did the LS1 front brakes on my car a couple of months ago and I could see when I was putting it back together that the Toe was going to be off a little.
And that is all I see in wear on the front tires.
Thanks for any help.
