Front Struts

Im planning on doing my front struts tomorrow. From what Ive heard the only really difficult part is getting the retaining nut off the top strut mount. And then being careful about where the spring shoots off? Anything else? My friend doesnt think the O'reilly's spring compressor will be sufficient enough to compress the front springs when trying mount the struts on them?

I have an online procedure for the shock/spring install.

Not that difficult. I used a relatively inexpensive Lisle "strut" compressor and it worked fine. Good thing about it is that it bolts to the spring with u-bolts, minimizing the possibility of the spring "shooting off".
