Front suspention bushings

Hey guys,

I started working on my '95. I pulled off the stock sway bars, endlinks, shocks and coils. I also pulled off the control arms, PHR and rear diff.

I bought Strano 35/22 bars, Koni SA, Spohn Poly/Rod LCA and PHR, have hotchkis SFC and getting 4.10s.

Had to go in for surgery in the last few days, so can't work on the car for a week or two, but then hopefully I can.

While I have the front 1/2 appart, should I upgrade the bushings to poly? Or just leave it? Car has 55,000miles on it and everything seems ok.

I'm also gonna trade some old parts for a set of new wheels, just not sure if I should go with 17s or 18s. I want to stuff wide rubber in there, but would like to stay away from fender lip rolling and the hammer mod, but will do it if it pays off.

What size rim/tire do you guys recommend, and what offest to fit perfect on a '95. Most guys inc. Sam says to run 17s for handling. Any other oppinons?

Thanks guys,

Igor.

Re: Front suspention bushings

I was actually recommended to not use poly on the frontend by Sam Strano. I checked it out online and found a lot of people were having issues with the poly being destroyed after a few months of use. Soon after I called em up and ordered stock replacements from stranoparts.com
