FYI...or, for who cares... LCA RELO's Helped My Vibration prob.
I reloceted my LCA's to the bottom hole on my RLB's (were @ stock location and at a wicked angle). I had the RLB's already installed. But I got fed up w/ all the unfinished work w/ my car and I was curious as to if this would help my NASTY vibration problem.
I had to drill out my LCA bolt hole to get the BMR bolts to fit my Hotchkis LCA's. I didn't drill it out much, about 1/32"-1/16". I used a 1/2" drill bit and the bolts fit nicely. I smashed my finger pretty good doing this, as it was also a MPITFA!
I think some of my VIB problem is driveshaft related. I don't think it's the pinion angle, I have the ADJ TA for that, but more of the slip yoke angle. It doesn't vibe half as bad now. I'll have to take it for a LONG cruise to find out. It does it at 60-70mph. BAD at 65mph. I've had my wheels reballanced three times, but it doesn't change anything.
Other ideas are welcomed. It started vibing after I installed my wheels, a week after I installed my springs/shox.
