Generation F vs. R Series QA1's

I'm looking to purchase some QA1 coilovers for my 95 Z-28. I have already decided on buying the rear coilover kit from spohn with the 12way adjustable shocks. I don't know which way to go for the front struts though. What are the differences between the Generation F series with 12 way adjustment and the R series with 12 way adjustment. I says the R series is designed for drag racing with 90 / 10 valving, what is the F series valving? The car will see minimal to no street use if that would make a difference.

Thanks in advance,
Jason

70/30 is what the QA1 rep quoted to me for the F series. Either one will help with weight transfer. However the R series will probably unbearable on the street unless you ride around on a 1 setting all the time.
