Gimme a good suspension set-up.

I already know that i'm going with the Eibach Pro-kit w/ custom valved bilsteins from Strano Performance Parts. What LCA, Relocation brackets, Panhard bar (adj or non-adj?) do you all suggest. I've been told to stay away from poly-urethane bushings so what brand do you all suggest and what do i get instead of the poly bushings?
Is there anything else i will need? and i'm not worried about sway bars right now i just don't want the car to hop after i lower it.

Re: Gimme a good suspension set-up.

Since you are lowering it, you need an adjustable panhard rod. Tubular LCAs are good, and relocation brackets are needed to help prevent wheel hop. Who told you poly is bad? Poly is the way to go, they are strong and work nicely. They might wear out a little faster than rubber, but you have a stiffer bushing. I personally think all the brands come down to personal opinion. They are all made the same, they all get the job done, and they all can push a car into 1.3 second 60' times. So...

Adjustable PHR
LCAs [boxed or tubular]
relocation brackets [preferably weld in]

Poly is not reccommended for the LCA's when going for a set up where your number one goal is handling.

Take a browse through this guide. It's a very good overview of F-body suspension/chassis tuning.
