good shocks and struts???

Anybody that has any suggestions for a decent set of shocks and struts. Dont need anything too extreme, just a good set to last for awhile. Thanks everyone.

That would depend on your springs. If you're stock, try Bilstein heavy duty shocks. For aftermarket, some Koni single adjustables would be a good choice. That is what I'll be getting soon.

well, im thinkin that when i do get shocks that i will upgrade and get some lowering springs. I figure that since i will be taking that stuff all out, i might as well drop the car a little bit. Any other suggestions other than koni's??? I dont wanna spend a whole lot of money, just something a little more aggressive than stock, or even comprable to stock is good too.

You won't have to worry about the struts because our cars don't have them.

Redhot is correct. The 4th gen F-Body does not have struts. It is a shock with a spring seat. I don't know what the correct terminology is but it is not a strut.

As far as a great shock for the money, I'd go with KYB Gas-A-Just.
They are available at Jegs and Summit.
