When I bought all my suspension parts, I used the grease from Spohn.net

Sam told me to use antisieze grease as a lube; dirt/pebbles doesn't stick to it.

I bought the grease from Spohn too, that big tube will last you forever.

Last summer,I removed lower control arms,panhard bar,and sway bar.Cleaned all lube and dirt from all surfaces.Reassembled everything with a light coating of Permatex anti-seize lubricant and haven't had a squeak/noise since then.
