Guide pin frozen?

I put new pads and rotors on yesterday and after a test drive I noticed my right rear was very hot. I'm pretty sure that the caliper isn't floating like it should so the pad is always in contact with the rotor. How do I go about fixing this? Can I buy a new guide pin? If so how do I replace it? Or do I need a whole new caliper? TIA for any info.
