01 FS Z28 on this board.
Or google 'stranoparts'.
On edit - do some reading on the subject. Fred Puhn's "How to Make Your Car Handle" (under $20) is as good a place to start as any.

Yes, definately call stranoparts. The support there is just excellent.
I managed to do everything in my backyard with no previous automotive experience. This includes the installation of a set of headers, ls1 brakes, shocks (twice), coilovers, and various other suspension pieces. I used a haynes manual. It is not comprehensive, but it is pretty close. The pictures in the book aren't that great either. Some people post install guides on the web. I used these in conjunction. I always worked slowly. Every now and then I find myself lacking the right tool and end up running to Sears. It is a good learning experience.

I was searching through some old posts and found this one.....
Is there a guide anywhere as to what all is usually worn out and "needs" to be replaced for sure. I mean besides the shocks, of the groments, rubber pieces, ball joints and the like what are most likely to be wore out on my car for example with 115,000? Are their any rubber pieces that will afect handling when they become wore out? or do they usally just affect noise, vibrations and such.

If the ball joints are worn out and loose, and the bushings are rotted out, you're wasting your time buying all the aftermarket suspension goodies. I know all of that sounds boring compared to new, shiny powder-coated suspension components, but get all of that stuff refreshed, and the car will feel new again. It's simply a case of first things first....
