How much better are coil overs? Are they better for street or strip.

I'm thinking about a new K-member but have to decide on which setup (stock or coil overs).

Cool Re: How much better are coil overs

I have the GC units on the car front/back. I love them, in addition to being able to set the ride height, I can also change the spring rate easily. If I had it to do over again, I would have gotten the LG Coilovers, but the $400 price of the GC kit with any spring rate I choose won me over.

I would say go for the coilovers, Talk to Sam Strano (www.stanoparts.com) and he can hook you up, great guy who really knows his stuff.

Good Luck,
Kevin
