How much power? (suspension)

Hey all.

Whats has to be done to the stock suspension on a M6 to withstand about 450HP at the wheels? Heck even 300HP at the wheels and have hit hook nicely.

I am thinking:
SFC's
Lower control arms
Torque arm..
?????

Re: How much power? (suspension)

Drag Springs make a huge difference, as do rear trailing arms and torque arms. Helps to pretty much eliminate wheel hop.

But if you like to fly around some corners, dont do the springs.

Re: How much power? (suspension)

What all is involved switching to a 12 Bolt ? Like, what all needs to be changed suspension wise? Anything? Or do some of them pretty much bolt right in?

Any way to convert to a 9" and still have ABS?
