How stiff is you rear swaybar (drag setup)
I just installed a Spohn 1" Solid C/M rear sway bar and draglites today, and my wife mentioned that it looks jacked up in the back and when we sit in it it doesn't move, at all...
I am used to sitting in the car and it having a little movement but now it is incredibly stiff, I would have thought that would be more a shock/spring thing to stiffen it like this. Can a really stiff rear swaybar (the front is removed) make the whole car stiff, and not move the suspension when you sit in it?
As far as the jacked up look, I think it is just from the taller tires 275 60 15's vs stock, because there is about the same gap between the top of the tire and the wheel well as it had before.
I took a few shots after I was finished it today, but I am curious if a stiff swaybar can stiffen a car this much or if something is binding, I looked it over, jacked it up and down, there was no difference and no sign of binding in the suspension...

I have the same bar....it is very stiff, but it didn't jack the car up at all....
When I first put it on the ***** on my qa1's were hittings it...I had to move the shocks so the ***** were to the outside.
Its is very stiff....and it makes a huge diff leaving the line, you will like it
