used valvoline synthetic brake fluid to flush and refill the system.

Breaking is excellent. Really is night and day.

Cost breakdown:

ATE Premium One rotors set of 4 (2 front/ 2 rear) $354 shipped to my door from www.stranoparts.com

Hawk HPS pads bought off ebay through WS6STORE.COM ebay store $139 to my door

2 liters of valvoline full synthetic $10-11 bucks at autozone

4 packets of antibrake squeel lube $4 bucks at autozone

labor for chevy dealer to install $257 (includes left rear caliper replacement as mine was shot $33.00)

i wouldve installed everything myself but had no place to do so nor had time

It is amazing what some more agressive pads, better rotors and fresh fluid will do. Next time order some ATE Superblue fluid from Strano while you're at it.

Looks like I need to get into the brake business. $257 is out rageous IMO even with a $33 caliper thrown in. You think they'd have supplied their own anti-squeal for that.

do you think I'll feel a big difference with some hawk pads, good fluid, and new calipers (current ones are original and piston won't go flush - partially frozen)? I just installed some Powerslot slotted rotors and they are good, but not *** good as I was expecting. I currently have some average pads on there.
