Talking koni adjustables 4/4 kit

Are these compression adjustable or dampening adjustable?
Are they good for the track too? I know they are great for daily driving and roadracing type setups, but how do they work at the track? Can they be adjusted to be pretty decent, or are they crap for the strip?

no one uses these for double duty? I find that hard to beleive...

The listing on Stranoparts indicates "Externally adjustable/on car rebound adjustment". I suspect rebound is what you are calling "dampening".

yeah, I should have used the correct termanology. Your right, Fred. I have that info, but now Im lookin to see if people are using these for street driving as well as dragging and maybe autocross... Im sure it cant be the best at all three, but Im looking for the best compromise.
