Koni SA and Eibach pro-kit

I Have been useing the Eibach Pro-kit with KYB shocks and I just ordered some Koni SA for the front, (I already had them on the back). I would like to use them on the lower spring perch to lower the front a little more. Problem is I am running 275/40/18 tires on the front. Is anyone running this set up and if so how is the clearence? I have not had any problems with just the pro-kit. But I am not sure how much useing the lower perch actually lowers the car.
Thanks for your help.

Don't do it! Yeah, I know it'll look cool! But with what little clearance you have it's going to get even smaller with 275/40/18s up front and lowering it more, plus you'll have less suspension travel too. IMO, at least move down to a 275/35/18s up front!

LOOK! And this is with stock height tires, 275/40/17.
