Lakewoods seem to be somewhat cheaply made. http://www.umiperformance.com/2015.aspx
Buy those
http://www.bmrfabrication.com/F-bodySuspension.htm
or the BMR tubular ones

Edit: Check the GP section, TByrne has 10% off all BMR stuff, making the superior BMR's 108.xx which would be your absolute best bet. Or, find some used ones on here.

Edit #2: I have the boxed BMR's with the poly bushings and I love them. I have a few other supporting suspension mods (BMR Adj PHR, BMR Adj TA, and BMR springs) and my car handles great and the *** end plants itself nicely when I launch it.

also do you have to put the bushings together in the control arm?

Don't know, but I would still rather have the UMI's or the BMR's (BMR preferrably) And the poly bushings come already installed, the arms are a direct replacement. Hit the grease fittings up with a grease gun if you have one, it will keep them from squeaking. You can drive the car without greasing it, but drive it to a gas station or something and have them grease it first
