Line Lock Question???

Line Lock Question???
This is probably a dumb question but I have to ask because these are my brakes.I looked inside the Hurst line lock to see what flare I need to make for it and I all I see is a screen.Hard to tell which flare I need. Can I use any flare or do I have to go double?I'd rather go double flare if I could.
Thanks for your time.

Re: Line Lock Question???
I'm running a TCI, and I had to buy adapter fittings, the Line-Lock was threaded with NPT threads, not a flare-style setup. I got the fittings at the local parts store, cost like $6 total.

Re: Line Lock Question???
So do I need to flare my line?I have some fittings that screw into the line lock that I bought at Napa.As long as they are the same thread then their all good right? Now I just need to know about my flare.
Thanks for the info man.

Re: Line Lock Question???
You should double flare your lines. also be carefull about what fittings your using, because your lines should be metric. hurst makes an adapter fitting kit for 93-00 f-bodies, part # 567-1515 it is for use with their roll control #174-5000.
