Loud Noise after K-member & A-arms install

Loud Noise after K-member & A-arms install
Get clunky noise, I'm thinking its the K-member and the body of the car the two surfaces moving slightly, I tightened it as tight as I could and still. I looked everything all seems fine, the other guess I have is the upper stock A-arms are maxed out?
As I drive I hear clunk clunk clunk left right left right, alternating from each side.
I know I had a 3" lowering job plus now the BMR A-Arms lowered another 3 inches so I'm thinking maybe the upper a-arms are maxed out? But it sounds like the K-member but I can't tell.
Its a tubular PA-Racing K-member and BMR tubular lower a-arms, anyone else have noise after th install? I lubed the sperical ends but who knows.
Seems the longer I drive the worse, then I park the car and driving for 3 mins its ok and then the noises come again, almost like head from the engine has a role to play as well but i don't know, noises are from the front suspension and only came after the A-arms/K-member install, its really loud like bang bang while driving like something snapping.
Please help I've looked forever and can't tell.

Re: Loud Noise after K-member & A-arms install
I haven't made those suspension mods but I'll throw out a couple thoughts. Your statement about no noise for the first few minutes makes me think the headers are expanding and hitting something. THe other question would be is it worse on a bumpy section of pavement vs smooth or is it a regular bump-bump-bump that varies with speed on smooth pavement?

No headers have a ton of clearance its a tubular K-member, noise comming from very front like a snap snap snap noise, does it when cold too but on one side and not as bad, once I drive for about 25 mins or so its constant non stop clack clack clack on any road imperfection.
