LOw trac light flickers on and off

LOw trac light flickers on and off
ok so my low trac light flickers on and off constantly and if u listen carefully u will hear a clicking sound coming from the fuse box under the hood..When i put the parking break on te lights go aways and once i start driving it comes back on...HELP!!! has anyone had a similar problem i need the light to go away
