Lowered Car - Need Adjustable Torque Arm?

I know if you've lowered your car, it's recommended to get adjustable PHR and relo brackets for LCAs to compensate for the chassis riding lower.

But do you also need to get an adjustable torque arm? I hear that the stock torque are at "stock" ride height is set at 2 degrees. So if a car is lowered...does the pinion agree decrease..say to 1 degree or something? For a daily driver, any problems if I just install a non-adjustable torque arm?
