Why not just commit suicide?

Sell the Camaro, buy a Honda.

Re: lowering on 20s help me

255-35-20s are going to be 1.35" bigger in diameter than stock...thats a problem.

the 285s you list are about 1" bigger than stock

i agree with above...20s look rediculous on fbodies...

but if you keep the diameter of the tires near the stock size (25.6" or so) and the proper backspacing. you can lower it quite a bit, same amount as if you were running stock rims/tires.

Re: lowering on 20s help me

if u go with a smaller aspect ratio on the tire u can get the wheel to look bigger than it is

you will lower your car just a little, but you will throw off your speedo and u end up putting a little more torque to the ground

Listen to what he is saying (except for the statement that 20s look ridiculous on F-bodies; that is up to your liking). Like any other aftermarket wheels, you need to try to keep the rolling diamater about the same, meaning you will need very low-profile tires if you want 20s and keep the same rolling diamater. An inch taller than stock may not be that bad, just get your speedo recalibrated accordingly, otherwise it will be off a little. Good luck.
