Lowering Springs and Camber Adjustment?

Lowering Springs and Camber Adjustment?
Im thinking about lowering my car but Im aware that the camber is going to go negative after the spring install. My questions is how is camber adjusted on the fourth gens? They dont have the adjustable shock towers like the third gens. Also, is there anything elese I would have to get besides springs, maybe an adj panard rod?

Camber/caster is adjusted with slotted holes for the lower control arm front and rear pivots. I dropped the front end 1.8", and the local shop had no problems meeting the specs I wanted, which included -1deg camber and +4deg caster.

Re: Lowering Springs and Camber Adjustment?
Is it possible to do a front-end alignment yourself or is it better to pay the $60 at a shop? What tools would be necessary to measure caster/camber/toe?
My fronts are wearing like crazy on the outsides, so I'm thinking I need more negative camber. I have no problem taking it to a shop, but if I can get it for free, that's all the better. Plus I don't think it would be a bad skill to have. I have the SLP level 1 suspension (stock front control arms).

Re: Lowering Springs and Camber Adjustment?
I got my alignment specs from an Auto-X guy who had a lowered 4th Gen: -1deg camber, +4deg caster, 0.1 toe. Those settings seem to work well with the ride height dropped as much 1.8" in the front. I was expecting the front to go down only 1.3", but my positioning of the seats on the QA1 adjustables must have been "off".... and it was down 1.8".
After dragging the drivers side cat and the TA mount over speed bumps for a while, I actually raised it back up quite a bit without realigning it, but the car is hardly ever driven on the street, so as long as the 26x4.5" skinnies keep the car going straight down the track, I guess its OK. I need to figure out what the best specs are for a "drag" application. I would assume that the toe should be "0", and the camber should be close to "0" for a 1/4-mile car. Its not going to have much weight on the front end for the first 1/2 of the ride
