lowering springs, need help

so i know the sportlines have a horrible ride, and the pro kit isnt supposed to be that great either, but what will give me the lowest possible drop. like the sportlines, but have a better ride. ive read good reviews on the strano's on ls1tech but they dont seem low enough. any help would be great, pics, even better. thanks for all the help

Anything that low will have poor ride quality because you need more spring rate to keep you off the bump stops.

Sportlines aren't stiff enough to keep you from crashing into the bumpstops pretty hard. IMO, those are "show car only" pieces, and not at all practical for a real 'driver'.

I know just a little bit about Sam's springs, but I'm not afraid to recommend them. While Sam isn't into specifying springs for either truly hardcore stiffness numbers or extreme lowering, he will set you up with springs that work - they not only drive well but they compete well at least at auto-X if you're into that at all. And he'll get you squared away with shocks that will work well with those springs. I've met him, seen some of the cars that he's set up run at autocross, and will probably be ordering from him shortly at least for the newest car in the stable.
