LS1 brake conversion

Okay just did this.. I have the LS1 lines ziptied to the LT1 body mount for the brake lines. Only did that because of how tight the lines were and were afraid of kinking them. Would the LS1 body mount for the brake lines solve this? Or using the LT1 lines with the LS1 caliper bolt? Do the earls or any braided lines have some extra length? Thanks for anyhelp.

The LS1 lines and LT1 lines are nearly identical lengths. You can rebend the LT1 line mount bracket to make it work better. The LS1 bracket is different. I would bet it would solve the problem better and it shouldn't be expensive from the dealer either.

Bend the LT1 line mount an remeber that while this stuff looks tight when the suspension is unloaded, it is just fine when the car is on it's wheels
