LS1 brake upgrade use LT1 balljoints?

i am going to be replaceing my front control arm bushings and just thinking about ball joints too. But i am thinking i mine as well just put the LS1 brake upgrade on my car too if im going to be in that area anyway. because its a different spindle, do i buy upper and lower ball joints for a LT1 or LS1?

I dont know that there is 2 different ball joints for a 97 or 98. But so you know the spindles will work with either ball joint. I put my 98+ brakes and spindles on with some 1LE arms for my year model (94 Z28). Pretty sure they are one size fits all 93-02.

If you are replacing bushings AND ball joints, look real hard at replacement lower A-Arms.

1LEs can be had for about $130 from Dal and come with new bushings and ball joint.

Replacement bushings and ball joint can run $75-100 for parts and require a shop to install the ball joint.
