LS1 k member or LT1?

The UPS man just dropped this off for me. However, I want to make sure this is correct (needs to be an LT1)

Not when the engine, tranny, etc is already outta the car

Now that would make it easier.

I think when I did mine the only annoying part was getting the stock lower A-arms back in, they never seemed to slide in right.
