LT's/lower+ torque arm

I am looking at hooker LT's and a magnaflow for this winter (maybe a 3 inch y-pipe but I don't know) I am starting to read about a few people having clearance issues with the Spohn Tq arm (did some searches) with long tubes, and the car lowerd.

I would in the the future like to put some Eibach pro-kits on and this summer will get some Kenny Browm double diamond SFC's on the car.

Would a Spohn torque arm be a pain or is there one out there that would work better?
The car is not going to be a daily driver after this winter and I don't mind feeling the bumps in the road but if the arm is hitting the body every bump that might get annoying.
