Mac Torque arm install

I am installing a mac torque with a strange 12 bolt and need some pictures of how the torque arm goes in. I emailed mac for directions and they said they don't make it any more. Use this email belac35095@yahoo.com. Thanks

I bought that thing back like 5 years ago. I put it up for sale after after trying to install it. I'd rather rebuild my T-56 again.

Re: Mac Torque arm install

The MAC bolts to the Strange the same way it bolts to the stock 10-bolt. The dimensions are virtually identical between the Strange TA mount and the stocker. You might possibly have to grind one corner off the TA mount plate, since the actual Strange housing itself is slight larger than the stock housing, and the corner of the TA bracket might hit the fillet on the housing.

Is this the MAC that has the TA front mount on a big basket/frame that bolts up against the underside of the driveshaft tunnel? A friend of mine had one of those back in maybe 1997, and it required the removal of the seats and carpet to drill all the required holes in the DS tunnel to mount the front TA mounting frame. I wouldn't even think of using one of those when there are much better designs available now.

Re: Mac Torque arm install

I got it installed. I got an awesome deal on it unused that is why I used it. Its not a daily driver or a drag racer, just a weekend cruiser. Thanks for the responses.
