I checked. Yes it is just 2 long bolts with a nut on one end and yes the grease fitting goes into the bushing.

READ THIS! I am about to begin the chassis build up on my 1990 IROC Z. I have spent a lot of time doing a lot of research, making a lot of phone calls talking to a lot of experts, including Sam Strano. Here is what I have learned and plan to utilize. First off I do not recomend Eibach springs, or any other lowering spings. What I do recomend is using stock IROC Z or Trans Am parts. The sway bars and springs are exceptionaly good from the factory, not to mention you could probalbly find some at a wrecking yard for dirt cheap. If not Moog sells factory IROC Z springs and I really think those are your best bet. I entirely agree with the other posts that Engery Suspension bushings are a cheap simple and effective way to tighten up the entire car. As far as shocks and struts, I think I have decided to go with Koni Sports "yellows". These are what Sam Strano recomended, he speaks very highly of both Koni and Bilstein, however the Konis offer adjustability. If you do not plan on adding a cage, then the next most important upgarde would be weld-in subframe connectors. The cars are not very ridgid from the factory. Suspensions are expensive and easy to screw up. Dont rush into it. Im by no means a suspension expert, I am simply passing on the info and knowlege that I have obtained from the experts.
