all i have to say is the slotted rotors are crap. i warped my in 500 miles...and although i had great WET WEATHER perfromance, coming to a stop actually took longer until i changed the pads as well. when the rotors warped they took out my ceramic pads, cracked them all to hell. when i cut the rotors and put on EBC G.S. pads they were ok...but they warped again.

i upgraded to C5 brakes a few weeks ago. i must say with brembo rotors and Hawk HPS pads i can stop whenever i want with absolutely no fade i know of. 275-40-17" tires hold well to the extra stopping power too. i spent a little over 750...just because i bought brand new bearings. it would have been around 550 for all the parts if i hadnt gone that route. and i do my own work so labor is free. so for another hundred bucks over what you want to spend on 11" brakes you could have 13" with an awesome setup...if you have 17" wheels.
