I just did Monroes all the way round because Advance had a sale on them.
Whole deal cost less than $200 bucks for front struts and back shocks.
Not sure how they stack up against the $800 buck Koni sets, cause this is a daily driver that sees about 70 miles a day, 5 days a week on the highway.
So far, these Monroes feel pretty good.
If I had $800 bucks to spend on something, it would probably go into the engine first, but that's just me.

I've used Monroe stuff on some of my other cars and friends cars. I would say they are a definite improvement over the stock hardware but not quite up to par with Bilstein, Koni, ect.
